Thanks for trying out the Booking Form Style example form

You'll notice if you download the generated PDF that it's very different to the web form that you filled out, and also different to the standard Booking form example. They all used the same base template, just with different styles applied.

Styles are based on the template so aren't hard to make as all the fields are there already, you just have to change the bits you need to.
